Rental of rehearsal spaces.
As part of the fundraising campaign for UNEARTHLY VISITANTS, each week there will be a new 20-minute episode of "Making UNEARTHLY VISITANTS" featuring Wharton Scholar Margaret Toth talking to Director Kevin Ray and members of the creative team and cast about Edith Wharton, ghost stories, and devising original theater. 3 WAYS YOU CAN SUPPORT THIS PROJECT
It's a challenging time to make live theater, and I would be so grateful if you would consider supporting this fantastic project in any of the following ways:
I am thrilled to announce this fall I am devising an original performance based on Ghost Stories by Edith Wharton. Performances are on October 22, 23 & 24 at Triskelion Arts in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
A fierce social critic and the first woman awarded the Pulitzer Prize (The Age of Innocence, 1920) Edith Wharton's chilling short stories are the beating heart of this devised play probing the confinement of social norms and the price the living pay for ignoring the past.
After a two-year hiatus, I returned to the rehearsal studio at the end of summer along with an incredible ensemble of actors and designers. Together, we are having a wonderful time using devising techniques to make this original performance. I'm excited to share the work we are creating, and I hope you will join us at Triskelion Arts this October!
